How do you ensure the coffee beans are fresh?

We partner with top-tier roasters who roast your beans to order. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at peak flavor.

Can I customize my subscription frequency?

Absolutely. You can choose to receive your coffee every week, every two weeks, or once a month. You can also pause or skip a delivery at any time through your account settings.

What is the 'First Bag Match' guarantee?

If you don't love the first bag of coffee we pick for you, we will send you a different bag for free. We are committed to helping you find your perfect brew.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select whole bean for maximum freshness or choose a grind setting tailored to your specific brewing method, such as Drip, French Press, or Espresso.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once the beans have been roasted and picked up by the carrier. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
